Batik dyeing is the traditional dyeing way seen by all the countries from the old days. It seems to have been performed from the Tenpyo Period (the 8th century) in Japan. It's dyed while covering a design part with wax.
Before dyeing the background, the design part is waxed. The temperature of wax is being adjusted by the craftsman's sense according to the seasonal temperature.
